24010 RANKIN SCHOOL DISTRICT 98 PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS

The scope of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of but not limited to full-depth pavement removal and replacement of Rebel Drive from the entrance on 5th Street, along the south side of the building, and extending to the west edge of the basketball court. The work will also include some smaller features such as a new concrete entrance at the “recess doors”, decorative rock mulch in the inset alongside the entry, removal of abandoned bollards/concrete, installation of steel bollards around the light pole (near corner of the removed building), and paint pavement markings. The project also includes three alternate bids that expands the paving scope of work to other parts of the site.
