The scope of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of the renovation of 11 Classrooms into Science Lab Classrooms, including 5 supporting prep rooms. Work will be broken into Multiple Prime Contracts as follows; General, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical.

Sealed bids for "PEKIN COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT #303 SCIENCE LAB RENOVATIONS" will be received by the Board of Education, Pekin Community High School District #303, hereinafter known as the Owner, until 1:00 PM prevailing time on Monday, March 3rd, 2025 at Pekin Community High School, 320 Stadium Drive, Pekin, IL 61554 at which time Bids will be publicly opened, read aloud, and recorded. No bid shall be withdrawn for 60 days after opening of bids without consent of Owner.

Pre-bid Conference/Tour: A “Pre-Bid” Meeting and guided jobsite tour is scheduled to begin Wednesday, February 19th, 2025, at 8:00 AM prevailing time, at the Pekin Community High School Building and Grounds Office accessible from Court Street.
